Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

To return your product, you must send it by mail to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

To avoid any dispute, remember to send us by e-mail a copy or scan of the slip of your shipment showing its tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

    • Book with obvious signs of use

    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.

    • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us us.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first to let us know and then send your item back.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Gifts

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.
